We all have the same 24 hours every day. They say we are what we repeatedly do. Daily rituals are the practices we choose to invest our energy in everyday. When I found myself at the peak of success, but without fulfillment, with a painful musculoskeletal condition to boot, I started an experiment: I began to apply the latest research findings about small things that I could direct my energy to every day. I compared and contrasted the practices to see which ones yielded the highest return on my investment.
