Love has remained a mystery throughout the history of humankind and is one of the most powerful reasons that keeps us up at night.

The latest neuroscience research confirms that we are hardwired for connection. A study by Harvard University that looked at what factors contribute to human happiness found that “Happiness is love.”

Yet, for the majority of us, cultivating loving, healthy relationships is still an outcome we have not been able to arrive at effectively.
